Alvar serves as the Safe Harbor Regional Navigator at the Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault (PAVSA) in Duluth, Minnesota and Bergum is a Safe Harbor Program Coordinator at the North Homes Children and Family Services in Duluth.
