‘The 100’ 101: Season 7 premiere — An entertaining masterpiece or a let down?

Frustration. Sadness. Confusion. Overwhelmed. These are all emotions characters experienced in the The 100’s season seven premiere. Oddly enough, they’re all emotions I experienced right along with them as I watched the story unfold from the comfort of my own couch. Supreme Sacrifice Day: Honoring real life heroes and celebrating fictional ones

Sacrifices come in many forms. Many times people recognize them as someone choosing to die in order to save the greater good. However, a character can also sacrifice their time and comfort in order to help others. The media represents these different types of sacrifices all the time in TV shows, comic books, movies, and books. Is society going through a moral crisis?

Throughout history mankind has gone through lots of moral crises, some worse than others, but crises all the same. Nowadays the values the Church of any given religion imposed are being confronted. As a new generation flourishes, it seems as if this age group wants to break with important aspects attributed to past generations, such as moral values.
