Celebrating International Women’s Day

by Jacob Moe
March 8, 2019

Today is International Women’s Day, and in admiring how far women have come since the oppressive age of misogyny, I want everyone to take a moment and appreciate how resilient and persistent women are. by Jacob Moe
March 4, 2019

“For better or worse, for richer or for poorer in sickness and in health, forsaking all others, ’til death do us part.” That is the vow we take when we marry. But in the ever changing world of today’s society and cultural “norms”, there is a lot of debate about the interpretation of “for better or worse.” When looking at the statistics for multicultural marriages and unions, there is the question of, “What does that mean?” We are exposed more and more to the idea of multicultural marriages and witness the struggles that are accompanied with it.

Throughout its fictional history the Daily Planet has faced its share of troubled times. Metropolis’ premier newspaper has faced destruction at the hands of numerous villains like Lex Luthor, Doomsday and Intergang. Yet none of these threats silenced the paper of steel like Twitter has.

by robertgonz98
January 25, 2019

The following is strictly opinion. All statements, comments and/or remarks are the author’s own. Throughout history mankind has gone through lots of moral crises, some worse than others, but crises all the same. Nowadays the values the Church of any given religion imposed are being confronted. As a new generation flourishes, it seems as if this age group wants to break with important aspects attributed to past generations, such as moral values.
