Today director Andy Muschietti, well known for his work for the adaptation of Stephen King’s “IT,” took to Instagram and surprised fans with a new logo for his upcoming project “The Flash,” starring Ezra Miller as the scarlet speedster of Central City. The post also gave us a taste of what “The Flash’s” theme might sound like.
The project was said to be inspired by the famous Flashpoint comic arc, which saw Barry attempting to travel through time to stop his mother’s murder.
The project has gone on to add not only one, but two Batmen, Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton, both of whom have played the character in the past, return to reprise their roles as the Dark Knight. The movie also cast Sasha Calle as Supergirl as well as Maribel Verdú and Ron Livingston as Barry’s parents Nora and Henry Allen respectively. Kiersey Clemons will also reprise her role as Iris West. Clemons played the reporter in “Zack Snyder’s Justice League.”
The film has started principal photography in London and is currently slated for a Nov.4, 2022 release.
I can’t wait for this movie!! I wish Cyborg was in it…
