Today, Zack Snyder revealed a new look at the joker from his upcoming movie, “Zack Snyder’s Justice League.” The picture was posted on twitter along with the tweet “Amazing Character you created. Honored to have our worlds collide.”
The image has a joker card in focus held by a distorted Joker who goes well with Zack Snyder’s description of him being “Road-Weary.”
The Joker is one of the most iconic villains in pop culture history and has had many incarnations loved by the fans. One actor’s portrayal of the character was divisive, convincing and all too real.
In the 2016 movie “Suicide Squad,” directed by David Ayer, Jared Leto potrayed the clown prince of crime as a gangster type, an entirely new take on the character outside the comics. Zack Snyder revealed that he was a big fan of David Ayers vision and said that his version would be a bit different from how we had seen the character previously.
“Zack Snyder’s Justice League,” or more commonly known as the Snyder Cut, is the original vision of the 2017 flop “Justice League.” It will be fully realised in a four hour movie released on HBO Max March 18, 2021.
There are expectations of the full reveal for Joker in the new and final trailer which might drop on Feb. 14, 2021.
