Black Adam star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced that he, his wife Lauren and their two young girls, Tiana and Jasmine tested positive for COVID-19 over Instagram Wednesday.
Johnson also mentioned all family members are now on the other side of the virus and are healthy.
The actor revealed on Instagram that he, his wife Lauren Hashian and their daughters have recently tested positive for coronavirus.
“I could tell you that this has been one of the most challenging and difficult things we’ve had to endure as family, and for me personally, as well,” Johnson stated. “Testing positive for COVID-19 is a lot different than recovering from nasty injuries, getting evicted or being broke, which I’ve been more than a few times.”
According to Johnson, his main priority in life is to protect his family.
“This one was a real kick in the gut,” Johnson commented. “But I am happy to tell you guys that we as a family are good.”
The actor stated that he and his family are recovering and are no longer contagious.
