Fire damages Eden Prairie home on Broadmoore Drive

The Eden Prairie Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 18000 block of Broadmoore Drive at 11:52 p.m. Monday, June 12.

EDEN PRAIRIE— Firefighters arrived to find the home fully engulfed in flames, and they extinguished the fire.

The home’s occupants escaped, with one adult male transported to Hennepin Healthcare for non-life-threatening injuries. There were no other injuries.

Damage to the home is significant, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Mutual aid partners, including Bloomington, Chanhassen, Edina, Excelsior, Hopkins, Minnetonka and St. Louis Park, assisted Eden Prairie Fire in the response.
