New York Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday announced that her office has found “significant evidence” that “the Trump Organization used fraudulent and misleading asset valuations” to obtain economic benefits for years.

James added that her office has taken legal action to force the former president, and his children Donald Trump Jr and Ivanka Trump, to comply with the investigation into the Trump Organization’s financial dealings.

The allegations were presented in a court filing on Tuesday where the court was asked to enforce the subpoenas to obtain the testimony of the Trumps.
