Digging for Kryptonite: The Forgotten Joe Casey Run

1 min read

Host Anthony Desiato and guest Perry Constantine (Superhero Cinephiles podcast) dig into the forgotten early 00s “Adventures of Superman” run (issues no.590-623) by writer Joe Casey, which remains uncollected and largely MIA from the DC app.

They discuss Casey’s philosophical approach to the character, collaborations with series artists Mike Wieringo and Derec Aucoin, and the run’s place in the context of the other Super-titles of the day.

Digging for Kryptonite is a Flat Squirrel Production. Key art by Gregg Schigiel and theme music by Basic Printer.
