Stars of the well received CW superhero drama took to social media today announcing the conclusion of filming for the shows inaugural season.
Elizabeth Tulloch (Lois Lane) and Jordan Elsass (Jon Kent) both announced that they finished their shots for the finale via Twitter Thursday.
Filming for season one began on October 21, 2020, but ceased twice due to COVID-19 regulations and concerns. Currently, episode 12 of season one “Through The Valley Of Death” is set to return July 17, 2021 at 8/9c.
In the episode Lois and John Henry Irons can’t seem to agree on the best way to stop Morgan Edge. Meanwhile, Jonathan encourages Jordan to focus on strengthening his powers to help locate their dad. Lastly, an old friend is brought in to help with the search.
“Superman and Lois” follows the “Super Fam,” or “Fam of Steel,” as they try to adjust to a new life in one of America’s smallest towns. Trouble brews along the way and the Lane/Kent family learn how to balance heroism and family trouble.
This latest CW-verse (Arrowverse) installment has premiered to mostly high reviews among fans. With a well blended mix of every classic and modern Superman, “Superman and Lois” provides fans with a breath of fresh air for the world’s greatest super.
