Fauci announces that the US will rejoin the World Health Organization

On Thursday, President Biden’s chief medical adviser, Dr. Anthony Fauci, announced that the president plans to reverse the Trump administration’s decision to withdraw from the World Health Organization.

Fauci also said that the US intends to join the COVAX facility — a multinational effort that aims to deliver COVID-19 vaccines to low-income countries.
