The highly anticipated “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” will be released on HBO Max as a four hour long movie, rather than a four episode miniseries as previously reported.

On the social media outlet, Vero, Director Snyder revealed that the cut will, in fact, be released as a “one shot” film rather than in a short series format.

After the planet wide #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement, HBO Max and Warner Bros. Pictures announced last year that it will exclusively world premiere Zack Snyder’s director’s cut of the Warner Bros. Pictures/DC feature film “Justice League” in March.

#ReleaseTheSnyderCut first became a passionate rallying social media cry among fans in 2017 and has not let up. From countless press articles and hundreds of millions of social media mentions, it became a powerful global movement among cinephiles and comic book fans alike.

Zack Snyder’s cut of the 2017 flop is said to be a complete 180 from the theatrical version. Something many fans appreciate after reshoots, creative direction and so much more let them down.
