Theme Parks
In February, Disney temporarily closed its theme parks in Shanghai and Hong Kong costing the company an estimated $175 million. Disney later announced the closure of Walt Disney World Resort Orlando, Disney Land Paris and the Disney Cruise Lines on March 12.
On March 12 California Governor Gavin Newsom, along with state public health officials, called for the cancelation or postponements of gatherings with 250 or more people until the end of March. Soon after Disneyland temporarily closed.
Universal Studios announces that they will close from March 14 to March 28.
