International diplomatic efforts ongoing amid military tension between Russia and Ukraine

Britain, Germany, France, the US and other countries continue diplomatic efforts to help avert a possible Russian invasion in Ukraine.

With nearly 100,000 troops near the Ukrainian border and military maneuvers in the region, Russia says there are no plans to invade.
