At last year’s DC Fandome, Rocksteady surprised fans in attendance to a first look teaser at the latest installment of DC gaming in the presence of “Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.” The reveal came as a sudden shock.

The trailer showcased our favorite villains Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and Deadshot taking on Superman who was under the control of Brainiac as the supervillain loomed in the back. To note during the panel game director Sefton Hill did confirm that this new title was canonical to the Batman Arkham Series and takes place after the events of “Batman: Arkham Knight”.

After a year of waiting patiently Task Force X is ready to embark on another mission. A new trailer, along with exclusive gameplay, has officially been shown during DC FanDome.

For those who don’t know, DC FanDome is a global virtual event to showcase DC’s upcoming TV shows, movies, video games, comics and more.

In the lead-up to DC FanDome, the official games Twitter account put up a phone number through the app community which allowed fans to have up-to-date announcements and never miss a second of the action.
