MINNEAPOLIS— Minneapolis are seeking community members to help “shape the future of the former Kmart site at a family-friendly, outdoor open house.”
Officials are asking people to share their thoughts on the New Nicollet roadway and public space design concepts. Free tacos from Taqueria El Primo will be provided and tunes by Ms. Lakesha Music will resound throughout the event. Futsal Society will also be there for some fun soccer related events. There will be art, kids’ activities and a demonstration site to visualize roadway options.
