Vikings sign DL Sheldon Day to future contract

The Vikings on Monday announced the signing of defensive lineman Sheldon Day to a Reserve/Future Free Agent contract.

Day joined Minnesota’s practice squad in December 2022, but he did not appear in a game for the Vikings.

He has appeared in 67 career games with Jacksonville, San Francisco, Indianapolis and Cleveland since his selection by the Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame.
