The premiere episode for “Superman & Lois'” second season is flying onto The CW tonight, Jan. 11, 2022, at 8/7c. It will be available to stream for free the next day on The CW app or on their website.

Titled “What Lies Beneath,” DC’s latest television hit follows in the wake of last seasons cataclysmic events.

In the season two premiere, Directed by Keesha Sharp and Gregory Smith, Lois (Bitsie Tulloch) and Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) struggle as a couple while the Smallville Gazette’s Chrissy Beppo (Sofia Hasmik) adjusts to running her hometown paper with the Daily Planet’s former reporter of steel.

As acclimations continue, John Henry Irons (Wolé Parks) attempts to maintain a relationship with his daughter Natalie (Tayler Buck), who crash landed her inter-demensional craft on the Kent Farm last season.

Meanwhile, Jonathan (Jordan Elsas) faces new challenges on the football field and, in true Kent family Smallville fashion, secrets threaten to destroy Jordan (Alex Garfin) and Sarah’s (Inde Navarrette) growing relationship.

The episode was written by Greg Berlanti, Brent Fletcher and Todd Helbing. It was produced by Greg Berlanti, Todd Helbing, Sarah Schechter and Geoff Johns.
