On Sunday, Democratic Senator Joe Manchin said he won’t vote in favor of President Biden and the Democratic Party’s signature $2 trillion spending bill aimed at environmental and social initiatives.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki called his decision “a sudden and inexplicable reversal in his position” and “a breach of his commitment.”
