Joe Biden sworn in as the 46th president of the United States

President Joe Biden delivered his inaugural remarks on Wednesday after being administered the presidential oath of office by Chief Justice John Roberts. Biden will later participate in a Pass in Review with military members alongside VP Harris.

Biden and Harris will also be joined by former presidents at Arlington National Cemetery to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were sworn in around 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday. President Trump has arrived in Florida following a send-off ceremony at Joint Base Andrews. Singer Lady Gaga will perform the national anthem, and will be joined by entertainers Jennifer Lopez, Garth Brooks and more. Actor Tom Hanks will host a prime-time TV special on Wednesday celebrating the inauguration.
