James Gunn and ensemble talk ‘Superman’ during CinemaCon

On April 1, Warner Bros. unveiled a new clip from the upcoming “Superman” film. The clip, according to the description, takes place after a pivotal moment from the trailer, where the Man of Steel falls to the snowy tundra, bloodied and beaten. Seeking refuge, he calls out to his loyal companion, Krypto, to return home. For those fortunate enough to attend CinemaCon, a brief glimpse of what transpires in the ensuing scene was also shown.

Chris Coy joins DC Studios’ ‘Lanterns’

On April 1, Deadline revealed that the ever-growing ensemble within the mystery of DC Studios’ Lanterns—a live-action adaptation based on the lore of the Green Lantern Corps—has added yet another cast member. Actor Chris Coy (“The Peripheral”) has been tapped to join the series in a recurring guest role.
