DC’s relaunch of “Batman” continues to draw huge fan interest, with “Batman” no.1 heading into a third printing. Written by Matt Fraction and illustrated by Jorge Jiménez, the series debuted in September to strong sales, prompting multiple reprints.

The third printing of “Batman” no.1 features Jiménez’s original cover with updated trade dress and a new cardstock variant cover by Nick Dragotta. The issue will be available in comic shops on December 3.

Meanwhile, “Batman” no.2 is receiving a second printing on November 19, just two weeks after the release of “Batman” no.3, which introduces the Riddler in a storyline that ramps up the stakes for Gotham City.

Fraction and Jiménez’s bold take on Gotham has quickly become a fan favorite, with sold-out printings signaling strong demand. Upcoming issues will introduce new villains, such as the Minotaur in “Batman” no.4 this December and Lady Death Man in “Batman” no.5 in January, keeping the momentum high for readers and collectors alike.
