Netmarble has opened global Closed Beta Test (CBT) registration for its upcoming open-world action RPG, “The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin.” The announcement was made during Gamescom 2025’s Opening Night Live, where a new trailer for the game was also revealed.

Narrated by Meliodas, the main character from “The Seven Deadly Sins,” the trailer introduces the continent of Britannia with underwater exploration, aerial travel, and side activities such as fishing and puzzles. It also highlights combat against primary foes, including Monster Albion and Gray Demons.

Players interested in joining the CBT can register on the official website by submitting their email and completing a short survey. Netmarble said participant details and scheduling will be shared at a later date. The full release of “The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin” is expected in 2025.

The title has appeared at several major gaming showcases this year, including Summer Game Fest and the Future Games Show, and will also be featured at Tokyo Game Show in September.

More information about “The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin” can be found through the game’s official site, YouTube channel, and social platforms.
