It’s not every day that I get to speak with a relative of Joe Shuster, but on this episode, I did! The Siegel & Shuster Society is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to commemorating and celebrating Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster’s creation of Superman in Cleveland, Ohio.
On this episode I got to speak with three SUPER board members from the society. Valentino Zullo, Michael Sangiacomo and Leigh Goldie who is Joe Shuster’s cousin! We had a wonderful chat about the importance of Jerry & Joe, Superman’s legacy and their goal of creating a Tribute Plaza in Cleveland.
