On July 12, Marvel Studios quietly released the official trailer and key art for the latest live-action film, “Captain America: Brave New World.” A synopsis of the film was also shared.
“Anthony Mackie returns as the high-flying hero Sam Wilson, who’s officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.”
“Captain America: Brave New World” stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres/The Falcon, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford as General Thunderbolt Ross.
Julius Onah will direct, and Kevin Feige and Nate Moore will produce the film. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth will serve as executive producers.
Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Brave New World” will be released theatrically on February 14, 2025.
