‘Peaky Blinders’ movie officially greenlit by Netflix

The Peaky Blinders are back! Netflix has officially greenlit a film sequel to the popular period crime drama, with Cillian Murphy reprising his role as Tommy Shelby. The announcement comes after much speculation about the future of the popular period crime drama. Murphy will also serve as an executive producer on the film, which will be directed by Tom Harper and written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.
