Crunch Ingredients

oatmeal

flour

brown sugar

butter or margarine

rhubarb (diced)
Pour over sauce ingredients
1 1/2
cup
sugar
1 1/2
cup
water

tbsp
corn starch
Instructions
Crunch instructions
Mix and pat 2/3 of your Crunch Ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Place into your 9x13-inch pan.
Sprinkle rhubarb evenly on top.
Pour over sauce instructions
Mix sugar, water, and cornstarch with a whisk in your saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan.
Once boiling (or bubbling), pour over crunch and rhubarb.
Sprinkle the remaining crunch mixture over the top.
Baking instructions
Bake at 350° for one hour.
Turn the oven off and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
