2023 Will Eisner Award nominees announced

Comic-Con announced the nominees for the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards 2023. The nominations are for works published between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2022 and were chosen by a blue-ribbon panel of judges.

In Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con, Miss Minutes clocked in to introduce Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios and chief creative officer of Marvel. Feige was joined onstage by moderator Ash Crossan to deliver Marvel Studios’ long-awaited live-action panel.

‘What If… Miles Morales no. 4’ sparks controversy

Miles Morales debuted in in Marvel Comics’  “Ultimate Comics: Fallout no.4” in August 2011 and would don the mantle of Spider-Man after the death of Peter Parker in his universe, Earth-1610. Like Peter, Miles would be bitten by a radioactive spider that would grant him abilities.
