House prepares to vote on $1.9-trillion COVID-19 relief package


The Democratic-controlled House is expected to pass the package, which includes $1,400 personal checks and a $400-a-week federal unemployment bonus, on Friday or early Saturday. On Thursday, the Senate parliamentarian ruled that a minimum wage hike, supported by President Biden, cannot be included in the bill.

DC teases new series and confirms free comic book day at ComicsPRO


During a virtual presentation to comic book store owners at the annual ComicsPRO retailer event, DC Vice President of Sales and Revenue Nancy Spears teased several upcoming comic book projects as part of a discussion of an expanded variant cover program.
