Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling revisit “Smallville’s” “Zero” (1×14) in the latest episode of their rewatch podcast Talk Ville.

The duo discuss some of the issues going on behind the scenes at the time including a stunt actor quitting on the spot of shooting, Michael’s health scare after being hung upside down for too long and Neil Patrick Harris turning down a role in this episode.

“Zero” was also a Lex centered episode of “Smallville” so the dynamic duo of this 2000s drama revisited that as well. Tom and Michael also reminisced about guest stars going the iconic series and shared more stories with John Schneider on set.

What would you do with zero consequences… This week we explore that concept in Episode 14 of Smallville: ZERO. The guys revisit a Lex heavy, flashback frenzied episode that almost featured the very own Neil Patrick Harris. Michael remembers the Lex hanging upside down scenes causing a bit of a health scare and the one scene that caused a stuntman to quit on the spot. Tom remembers what it was like working with iconic guest stars who made appearances in the series and tricks of the trade in executing some of the Smallville oners.
