Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling announce new ‘Smallville’ podcast

Former stars of the decade long Superman origin series “Smallville” have announced a new podcast where they will be revisiting the series with behind the scenes commentary.

“Smallville” ushered in a new era for the superhero genre with a successful 217 episode run from 2001 to 2011. It provided an original take on the Man of Steel as it followed a young Clark Kent grow into his powers while struggling with daily life.

Recently Michael Rosenbaum, who portrayed Lex Luthor on the series, announced that he and his co-star Tom Welling, who played Clark, will be binging the entirety of “Smallvile” on a podcast called “Talkville.”

“It was only a matter of time! Join costars Tom Welling (Clark Kent) and Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) as they take you behind the scenes of one of the greatest shows of all time, Smallville. With this weekly dose of nostalgia you will get an inside look at what it was like to film each episode and hear fun facts that only those on set could tell you!
