Wonder Woman amazes in new Snyder Cut teaser

1 min read

Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman takes center stage on International Women’s Day with her very own teaser trailer for “Zack Snyder’s Justice League,” which is slated for release on HBO Max come March 18.

In the trailer we see a homesick Diana Prince looking out towards the sea holding the Amazon Arrow that warns of invasion, at least that’s what it was used for in the theatrical release. Like the Leaguers before her, Wonder Woman’s trailer featured beautiful shots of the warrior princess from the highly sought after director’s cut with voice overs from characters of note. Diana’s mother, Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen), her aunt Antiope (Robin Wright), Steppenwolf (Ciarán Hinds), Bruce Wayne / Batman (Ben Affleck) and more are featured.

Wonder Woman’s trailer provided further insight of the stark differences this film has when compared to its 2017 theatrical counterpart. Keep watch tomorrow as the sixth and final member of the main Justice League team, Cyborg, takes to the net with his own teaser. With only 10 days left until the premiere, who know’s what other characters are to follow with their own teasers.

“Don’t engage alone. We do this together.”

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”
